Location: Dover, Ohio
Pay Range: 24-30/hr

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Packaging Specialist to sit onsite at an Automotive Client in Dover, Ohio. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining packaging solutions that ensure the parts are delivered safely, efficiently, and to OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities • Design and manage returnable/expendable packaging • Ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements • Optimize packaging for part protection, space, and cost • Support launches, changes, and packaging‑related quality issues
Qualifications • 2+ years experience in automotive or EV manufacturing or Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier environment • Hands-on experience with returnable and/or expendable packaging (racks, totes, dunnage, corrugate) • Familiarity with OEM packaging standards, labeling, and material flow • Experience supporting production launches or packaging changes • Comfortable working in a plant or warehouse setting
