What You Will Do

As an Integration Consultant on our Data Solutions team, you'll be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing integration solutions across a wide range of enterprise platforms. Working closely with client partners, you'll develop relationships with key technical stakeholders while delivering measurable business value through well-architected, maintainable integrations. You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales and discovery through deployment and client enablement, and collaborate with teammates across CLM, Salesforce, and Data practices.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

Design and implement API-based integrations using REST and SOAP principles across cloud and on-premise systems Build and test integrations using middleware platforms including Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar tools Use Postman (or equivalent) for API exploration, testing, scripting, and automation Develop integrations connecting platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday, and other enterprise business systems Translate client business requirements into clear integration specifications, field mappings, and data flow documentation Troubleshoot complex integration failures including authentication issues, payload formatting, and API versioning conflicts Support data migration projects involving staging, transformation, and validation of records across systems Contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and solution design Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher 3-6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, including enterprise system implementations or integration development Solid understanding of API fundamentals - REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, webhooks, and error handling patterns Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing, scripting, and collection-based workflows Experience configuring or developing on at least one major middleware platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata), and data movement patterns Exposure to CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Ironclad, or Agiloft is a strong plus Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and maintain a prioritized workstream independently Nice to Have:

Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar platforms Experience with SQL or Python for data transformation and scripting Exposure to CLM workflow configuration or document automation Exposure to CRM systems, sales processes, revenue pipelines, customer service, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (GitHub/Bitbucket), or agile delivery methodologies Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday in an integration context Experience with AI-assisted tooling or emerging integration patterns Experience migrating data into Salesforce
