Your role
Do you have the ability to write clearly and accurately analyze situations you are reading about? Do you have experience dealing with clients?
We are looking for a Client Relations Complaint Specialist who can:
• Manage high volume of incoming client complaints, as well as some non-complaint requests, related to brokerage/advisory clients, stock plan participants, banking/mortgage products, etc. • Accurate and complete entry of client complaints in the Firm's complaint system in accordance with Client Relations policies and procedures • Timely creation and movement of complaint files (electronic) in accordance with compliance standards and regulations • Understanding of regulatory guidelines for client complaints and the ability to communicate those requirements to branches • Accurate and complete entry in firm system and in filing methods of steps taken to resolve the matter in the Firm's complaint system in accordance with Client Relations policies
Your team
Client Relations is responsible for overseeing the intake and resolution of both written and verbal client complaint cases. Your role will focus on both sides of that work. This hybrid role requires exceptional organization, clear communication, and time management skills. You need to be able to multitask and prioritize between your work assignments and clearly communicate with management about division of time and outstanding tasks. The Client Relations representative should have the ability to work independently where needed and yet identify the appropriate opportunities to collaborate on matters and ask questions when guidance is needed and then incorporate the instruction given.
Your expertise
• Experience within the financial sector • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and experience in the financial services industry • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
