Responsibilities in This Role
Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling preferences Support the setup of vacation arrangements such as resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities Share helpful information that aligns with client expectations and timelines Assist with updates related to reservation adjustments when needed Prepare confirmation notes and maintain organized digital planning files Respond to service-related questions through email, phone, and messaging tools Participate in virtual learning sessions and periodic team check-ins Skills That Support Success
Strong written and verbal communication abilities Careful attention when handling planning details Comfort working with browser-based tools and online systems Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently Confidence working independently in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity Must be 18 years of age or older Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain and be comfortable communicating in English.
