Overview1525 hours per week Entry-Level Growth-Oriented RoleCandor Industrial Supply is looking for a motivated, reliable Sales Support team member to help keep our branch running smoothly. This role works closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service
from accurate order fulfillment to timely deliveries and helpful communication.Its an excellent entry point into the industrial distribution world, with clear opportunities to grow into roles such as Branch Operations Manager, Account Specialist, Key Account Rep, Territory Sales Rep, and more.What Youll Do
Receive, pick, and pack customer orders for delivery
Deliver products to customers using a Candor company vehicle
Ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
Maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory counts, and support general warehouse operations
Assist customers with questions, product information, and basic troubleshooting
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Build product knowledge across our industrial supply categories to better support customers and the sales teamWhat You Bring
Strong ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
Comfort juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages typically ranging from 1050 lbs
A valid drivers license and a driving record that meets company requirements
Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
