Job Purpose
We are now hiring a Technical Service Specialist, to help provide technical support both onsite and remote to our dealers and customers. This position will be based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Key Responsibilities
Provides technical support services to customers, including installation, trouble shooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products digital tools and services. Delivers remote and or onsite troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and/or services fuction properly while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary. Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Supports technical trainers in the delivery of training courses. Communicates with dealers, brands and/or business units any issues or technical information related to impacted programs, products, campaigns etc... Other related duties as assigned Experience Required
Associated Degree in related field is require OR High School Diploma/GED & 3+ years experience with technical equipment is required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agricultural equipment and practices is preferred. Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $54,375.00 - $72,500.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
