About the RoleThis Radiologic Technologist position supports a high quality outpatient breast imaging center serving the Northern Virginia region. You ll perform diagnostic radiographic imaging and assist with mammography workflows in a patient centered environment focused on accuracy, compassion, and clinical excellence. This is a priority opening due to growing patient volume.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols

Support mammography workflows, including patient preparation and positioning

Ensure proper image quality, radiation safety, and equipment functionality

Document imaging details and patient history in the EMR
-
Assist clinical staff with patient flow and exam coordination
-
Maintain a professional, patient focused environment

Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
-
ARRT (R) certification
-
Virginia state license required (or willing to obtain)

Mammography experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient focused outpatient setting
