Job Description:

6 + years in business analytics with experience analyzing performance and conversion funnels

Strong statistical analysis, test design, and marketing attribution expertise

Hands‑on SQL + Python for ETL and data pipeline development using cloud platforms

Ability to work with large, complex datasets such as clickstream or impression‑level data

Strong data storytelling and dashboarding skills (Tableau) to influence marketing leadership

Responsibilities

Lead paid media data instrumentation and ensure accurate tracking across platforms

Design and execute paid media experiments, including geo‑based incrementality tests

Perform paid media analysis using light causal inference to estimate true impact

Build dashboards to visualize performance, experiments, and KPI trends

Develop measurement plans defining KPIs, data requirements, and analytical approaches

Skill Set

Paid media data and instrumentation, paid media experimentation (geo experimentation), paid media analysis, light causal inference.
