About the Opportunity
Join a small, high-visibility product team building a new AI-driven platform from the ground up. This is a true 0–1 environment focused on speed, experimentation, and pushing design quality forward.
The work blends product design with motion, video-inspired experiences, and rapid prototyping to create a forward-thinking internal platform used to review expert workflows and AI interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for a new AI-driven platform
- Create high-quality, visually polished interfaces with strong motion awareness
- Rapidly prototype concepts beyond static screens (interactive, motion-driven storytelling)
- Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, usable experiences
- Define UX direction and influence cross-functional partners
- Collaborate closely with engineering, motion design, and design technologists
What They’re Looking For
- Strong UI craft and visual polish (“eye for detail” matters here)
- Motion design awareness (transitions, interactions, fluid UX)
- Experience working in 0–1 environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate quickly
- Strong systems thinking and curiosity-driven approach
- Portfolio that shows concept-to-delivery work, not just execution
Required Experience
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and interaction design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing data-heavy or complex systems
Nice to Have
- Startup or agency experience
- Experience with video or media-style interfaces
- Experience with motion-heavy products
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate design workflows
