SustainRecruit is hiring: Director of Technical Services in Atlanta

The company: I'm working with a high-growth SaaS healthcare technology company on a senior hire that's central to their US expansion. With a major enterprise pilot about to kick off they are looking to hire someone to lead their Technical US operations, whilst being based out of their Atlanta office.

This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, implementation, and customer operations — reporting directly to the CTO.

This role is offering a salary of $220,000 – $250,000 + benefits.

What you'll be doing: → Owning technical onboarding end-to-end — SSO, VPN, directory integrations, connectivity → Acting as the US escalation point for technology incidents → Building and shaping the US Technical Services function over time → Supporting sales in technical conversations with hospital IT and cybersecurity teams → Presenting the company's security posture (HIPAA, SOC 2, architecture) to IT leadership

What they're looking for:

• Healthcare technology background is essential
• 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS service delivery or technical operations
• 3–5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
• Comfortable presenting to hospital IT and security leadership
• AWS, SSO/SAML/OIDC, incident management experience
