
Counter Sales / Warehouse

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a mix of hands-on warehouse work and front-line customer interaction, supporting contractors, electricians, and walk-in customers with product selection, order fulfillment, and exceptional service. Some of the daily tasks would include making sure our products are received, stored and distributed accurately and efficiently. We do provide on the job training to help new team members gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry as well as the products that we sell.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Receive and stock incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Counter Sales / Customer Support Assist walk-in customers with product selection and order placement Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions when needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Good mechanical skills. Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift Ability to climb ladders to pull material
While performing the duties of this job, warehouse associates are regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous warehouse, customer service, or sales experience preferred Experience in electrical distribution or related industry is a big plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills (ERP systems, order entry, etc.)

WORKING CONDITIONS: Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.
