Custom Design Project Manager
to support customers through the custom product design and ordering process. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers submitting custom design requests Coordinate with the internal art/design team to review and finalize mockups Guide customers through design options, product selections, and approvals Manage quotes, follow-ups, and order progression from start to finish Track and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or client-facing support preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Experience with CRM or help desk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) Familiarity with e-commerce or order processing systems
