Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Innovation Lead enterprise integration and application development strategy aligned with organizational priorities Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and automation, to improve business processes Champion innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, chatbots, and intelligent workflows across enterprise platforms Develop technical roadmaps, project plans, and statements of work for strategic initiatives Upskill team capabilities in modern technologies such as APIs, AI/ML, and cloud-based platforms Enterprise Platforms & Integration Oversee performance, stability, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise systems and integration platforms Serve as a technical lead for enterprise application initiatives, including system integrations and upgrades Lead architecture and development of APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across systems Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and performance through proactive monitoring and testing Partner cross-functionally to resolve system issues and improve platform performance Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across critical systems Data Management & Governance Partner with security and data teams to ensure compliant, secure data access and sharing practices Enforce change management standards and governance processes across all systems and integrations Project Delivery & Execution Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to define and deliver strategic initiatives Oversee project execution, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent efforts Drive process re-engineering and automation through technology solutions and vendor partnerships Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions Operations & Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing technical team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management Oversee production support, ensuring timely resolution of system, data, and user issues Lead incident response and ensure proper documentation and resolution processes Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and business impact Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, integration, and application development 5+ years of experience leading technical teams Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud-based platforms Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or SIS environments preferred) Prior experience in business analysis, project management, or data analysis is a plus Experience with AI-driven applications (e.g., chatbots, RAG, agent-based systems) preferred Technical Expertise Integration technologies: REST APIs, JSON, XML, and modern integration frameworks Data platforms: SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes Cloud environments: SaaS and PaaS solutions AI/ML: Experience applying generative AI and automation to business use cases Strong understanding of security, system reliability, and change management best practices Core Competencies Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities Work Environment This is a hybrid role requiring periodic on-site presence. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to the Boston area.
