Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 12+ years of progressive FP&A / corporate finance experience 5–7+ years of people leadership and team development experience Proven ownership of enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis experience Strong ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights Experience partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and Operations Track record of influencing strategy and decision-making at a senior level

Plusses: MBA or other advanced degree CPA or CFA Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing organizations Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.) Background in finance transformation, governance, and process improvement Board-level reporting exposure Experience evaluating strategic investments and large-scale initiatives

Day-to-Day: Lead end-to-end annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the enterprise Develop long-range plans and scenario models to assess risks and opportunities Deliver executive-ready reporting and financial storytelling for senior leadership and board forums Drive performance management by defining KPIs and analyzing profitability drivers Strengthen FP&A governance, cadence, and analytical frameworks Provide financial analysis for major initiatives including capital investments and enterprise programs Partner cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team
