About the Role We're looking for a Social & Community Associate to join our Marketing team and help build, engage, and nurture the communities that have formed around our brand. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Social Media, you'll be the voice and heart of our social channels - creating meaningful content and fostering relationships with our loyal customers. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a genuine passion for social media and connecting with people. You'll collaborate closely with our Brand, Customer Experience, Product, and Creative teams to ensure our community feels heard, valued, and inspired.
What You'll Do Social Media Support Assist with day-to-day posting on all social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Track and analyze social and community performance metrics to continuously optimize engagement, reach, and overall social presence Community Management Develop and execute a community management strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit (paid and organic) Own day-to-day management of our Roadies community (80K+ brand fans), including drafting announcements (product launches, discontinuations, store openings), responding to posts, moderating content, and handling conflict resolution and escalation Build and optimize our Nectar AI database to improve the relevance, accuracy, and tone of social responses Analyze community engagement patterns and surface insights to improve our approach Content Creation Stay plugged into emerging trends and adapt / develop content quickly to capitalize on new opportunities Support content development and execution in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Social Media
What You'll Bring 2–4 years of social media and community management experience Bachelor's degree preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm, authentic voice Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working independently across multiple platforms Proven relationship-building skills and genuine enjoyment of connecting with people Experience in scrappy, fast-moving startup environments Deep understanding of social media platforms and community dynamics
What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in community size and engagement across all platforms Positive social sentiment and strong brand perception Improved content engagement metrics over time Deeper relationships between Jones Road and our most loyal customers Timely and effective resolution of community issues in partnership with the Customer Experience team

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $72,000. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
