A well-established personal injury law firm in Newport Beach is currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish-speaking) to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accurate case intake and documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience in legal intake, personal injury, or a related field strongly preferred Proficiency in data entry and basic legal documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Leadership skills and initiative to improve processes Experience with Salesforce and Adobe is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$60,000 – $100,000 , plus monthly bonuses. Factors which may affect pay within this range include market conditions, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
