Relationship Banker Position available at our Scottsburg Branch.
Daily Tasks The primary duties and responsibilities of this part-time position include but are not limited to:
Promoting good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer service
Processing transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, etc.
Issuing personal money orders and cashier’s checks
Answering customer inquiries
Performing daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and internet applications
Ability to learn and effectively use software tools
1 year of prior Customer Service experience (preferably as a Teller)
