Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to Finnish‑speaking clients
Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively
Guide customers through our products and services to enhance their gaming experience
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure top‑notch service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collect and report customer feedback to aid in continuous improvement
Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and strengthen service skills
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; additional languages are an asset
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage in a new cultural experience
A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a bonus
