As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound mortgage servicing calls. This role is perfect for someone with call center experience looking to expand their skills in the mortgage industry. The role is open due to company expansion, and you will be part of a supportive team that values customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Handle inbound mortgage servicing calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify and escalation issue to appropriate departments
Meet or exceed daily call handling targets
Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Previous call center experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in using computer systems and databases
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience in the mortgage industry
Familiarity with mortgage servicing processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
