Luvi Wellness is a Pittsburgh-based wellness brand offering IV therapy, injections, and LuVIP wellness memberships. We're expanding our presence across the Pittsburgh area and looking for a Community Rep to help us grow.
About the role This is a part-time, in-person role built for someone who thrives with people and understands how to represent a brand authentically. You'll work at gym tables, wellness pop-ups, and community events — connecting with people, capturing content, and converting interest into lasting client relationships.
You'll work closely with our founder and be a key part of how Pittsburgh gets to know Luvi.
What you’ll do
Represent Luvi at gym partnerships and pop-up events across Pittsburgh
Engage attendees, answer questions, and introduce LuVIP membership naturally
Follow up with leads post-event via text and DM
Build and maintain relationships with gym staff and trainers
Coordinate with the Luvi team on scheduling, content posting, and weekly reporting
What we’re looking for
Genuinely outgoing — you light up in a room full of people
Wellness or fitness background, or a strong personal interest in health and wellness
Comfortable on camera and proficient with Instagram content creation
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a client‑facing role
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Pittsburgh-based and able to travel to multiple locations
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Performance bonuses
Part‑time, approximately 10–20 hours per week
