Responsibilities
Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
Process orders and assignments.
Enter data into computer system.
Reference pricing and delivery information.
Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests.
Set up new records and maintain existing records.
Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties.
Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
Follow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor.
Open to learning automobile titling
Assist with other office functions as needed.
Skills Customer support, data entry, customer service, retail service, administrative assistant, admin
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of Customer Service experience
intermediate on computers
data entry/answering phones
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of YORKTOWN, VA.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
