Vaco has partnered with a fast-paced and growing organization to identify a Customer Service & Collections Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume call center environment, enjoys helping customers, and is comfortable balancing both service and collections responsibilities.
This is a fully onsite position, offering $19.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Answer questions and resolve account issues
Document customer interactions accurately
Educate customers on services and account options
Contact customers regarding past‑due balances
Set up payment plans and process payments
Qualifications
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Detail‑oriented and organized
Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
