Job Description
Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end Pega solutions, including situational layer cakes, data models, and enterprise class structures.
Technical Leadership: Lead development teams, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices in Pega 8+.
Integration: Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and Kafka.
Security & Compliance: Implement security models (RBAC, ABAC, CBAC) and ensure application compliance.
Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Represent the client organization (Bank) in technical discussions, design decisions, and solution architecture.
Lead end-to-end design and development of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
Own and drive feature delivery across Agile teams, coordinating business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
Conduct design and implementation reviews to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers, fostering skill development and enforcing coding standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and define scalable solutions.
Ensure production readiness of applications, including deployment planning, monitoring, and post‑deployment support.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring high availability and performance of Pega solutions.
Maintain documentation for design decisions, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, PI Planning, Retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, regulatory requirements (if applicable), and internal governance policies.
Qualifications
Pega LSA certified (at least Level 1).
8-10+ years of experience in Pega PRPC-based solutions.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, Java, SQL, and Pega frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 a year
