We're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and driven

Sales Development / Appointment Setter

As a Sales Setter, you are the

first point of contact

for high-intent prospects looking to improve their lives, businesses, and income.

Drive high-volume outbound activity

Qualify and engage prospects

Book high-quality appointments for our sales team

Create urgency and move people to action

This is a

repetition-heavy, performance-driven role

where output = income.

RESPONSIBILITIES

150+ outbound dials per day

High daily activity across: Calls, Texts, Emails

Consistent booking targets tied to performance

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we’re open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn.

A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable with high-volume dialing (150+ calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment.

Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day).

OTE : Target earnings for this role range from

$75K+ , uncapped commission, contingent on performance. This includes base salary + performance-based incentives.
