You'll interact with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and you'll regularly communicate with customers, vendors, and partners in a professional, composed way.
A large part of your role is execution, confirming details, organizing logistics, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining clean, reliable data. You'll also support sales events and trainings, from small virtual sessions to larger trade shows, helping ensure each one is well-prepared and professionally run.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align events and communications
Maintain organized records, event materials, and inventory of sales and promo assets

Benefits
Health insurance with a significant portion of premiums covered by SOX
Company-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage
401(k) retirement plan with company match
Growth at SOX Growth at SOX isn't a ladder's expansion.
This role currently blends sales support and event coordination. As the company grows, those responsibilities may eventually separate into more specialized roles. Some people lean deeper into sales operations, others into event coordination or communications. There is no guaranteed next title or timeline, growth is earned through impact, reliability, and contribution, not tenure alone.
Training & Support You'll receive structured onboarding and hands‑on training to learn SOX systems, processes, and expectations. Leadership and teammates provide ongoing guidance, clear direction, and support, especially during periods of change or high volume. This is a role where questions are welcomed, and no one is expected to figure things out alone.
Our Culture At SOX, we value steady execution, mutual respect, and doing what we say we’ll do. Our teams work collaboratively across departments, communicate directly, and support one another during busy seasons. We believe good systems create calm, and calm creates quality work. You’ll find a culture that balances autonomy with structure, accountability with encouragement, and professionalism with approachability. If you enjoy being part of a dependable team where your work quietly powers big outcomes, you’ll feel at home here.
