Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hewitt, TX, for a Bank Teller at Texell Credit Union. The Bank Teller will handle daily teller operations, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Additional responsibilities include assisting members with their financial transactions, addressing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive member experience. The role also involves adhering to cash-handling procedures and promoting Texell’s financial products and services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Teller Operations, including handling deposits and maintaining accurate transaction records
Experience with Cash Handling, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security procedures
Strong Communication skills for engaging with members and team collaboration
Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and efficient member experience
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking or credit union experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with financial software tools
