The Louisiana Restaurant Association is seeking qualified candidates for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to serve as the primary point of contact for members of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program. This position supports the Underwriting and LRA Membership teams by managing policy service inquiries, coordinating renewals, driving retention efforts, and supporting agency relationships. We're looking for someone who ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all service functions and delivers an exceptional member and agency experience. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to produce accurate work within defined deadlines Minimum of 2–4 years of insurance and customer service experience required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Workers’ compensation experience preferred Annual incentive plan 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Interested candidates should submit their resume to Human Resources at
