Job Overview To keep up with our growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Customer Service Representative. The role involves answering inbound calls, processing quotes, orders, and returns, and engaging with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from specified queues and process quotes, orders, returns, and credit card authorizations.
Handle product histories, reports, and returns accurately.
Work closely with warehouse personnel, account managers, and all branch managers to expedite escalated calls.
Process stock orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
Provide substitutes for items on backorder if requested.
Communicate directly with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts.
Answer the phone with a clear friendly tone.
Read and obey all notes on accounts related to handling of our accounts.
Acknowledge and answer all emails as they arrive.
Participate in Lunch and Learns and all other product knowledge opportunities.
Remain logged into queues during business hours.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SalesPad.
Skill in performing data entry and extracting information on orders and accounts.
Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
Ability to multi‑task with frequent interruptions.
Financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer service order sales and fulfillment.
High School Diploma or equivalent education required; some college recommended.
Average computer literacy and experience required.
Benefits & Work Hours Competitive pay of $18 per hour. Full‑time Monday‑Friday, 9am‑6pm (or 10am‑7pm during Daylight Savings). Guaranteed 40 hours per week with hybrid opportunities available upon completion of training. No weekends.
