Summary of the Role:
Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Corporates Field Marketing team as a Sr Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for building marketing campaigns targeting specific accounts to generate new pipeline for sales as well as engage and accelerate the sales pipeline of specific, targeted accounts and contacts through to customer. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a creative, customer‑first mindset that prioritizes creating best‑in‑class customer experiences. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs that deliver superior experiences for the customer. About the Role:
Partner with internal teams to execute targeted campaigns and events Creatively problem solve as needed to ensure smooth and timely program execution Own tasks and deliverables (big and small) needed to develop and implement marketing programs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices to drive innovation in your campaigns. Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on data‑driven insights. Measure and report on the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements. Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner. Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs. Key Deliverables
Build Sales and Marketing alignment and drive "smarketing" practices that deliver revenue growth across US and European markets. Develop and manage field marketing to drive opportunity generation, pipeline acceleration and bookings. Analyze performance of field marketing and establish a communications cadence on your efforts and results. Serve as a marketing ambassador to the Corporates Legal Sales Team. Local campaign planning and execution Sales communications and enablement Lead and opportunity management and analytics About You:
5‑7+ years of experience in field marketing creating demand for cloud‑based software and/or business service providers Proven success in executing geo‑focused marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and accelerate bookings. Excellent relationship, partnering and collaboration skills, working closely with a direct‑selling, field‑based sales team. Advanced proficiency in B2B demand generation best practices: top‑of‑funnel, middle‑of‑funnel and bottom‑of‑funnel. Intermediate proficiency in integrating online and offline marketing tactics to reach, connect and convert prospects. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and other online productivity tools. Impactful presentation skills to report on performance in assigned territory as well as to persuade Sales to take action. Base pay is determined by a combination of factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program that also includes flexible benefits and wellbeing programs.
