Trade Support Specialist

Our client is one of the largest and longest operating hedge funds. They seek a Trade Support Specialist to join their Miami, FL office.

Responsibilities

Capture trades accurately upon execution for key products including US Treasuries, corporate bonds, mortgage securities, commodities, futures, equities, and foreign exchange

Reconcile trading affirmation and confirmation platforms

Investigate and resolve settlement breaks for both bilateral and cleared derivatives

Monitor trade queues to ensure timely processing

Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and internal policies

Support onboarding of new financial products

Assist with system implementations and upgrades

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline

5+ years of experience at a financial services firm

Strong product and working knowledge of US Treasuries, including Treasury Auctions, Corporate Bonds, Syndicate, Convertible Bonds, Muni, Mortgages, and Agency Securities

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Proficient in Excel
