You will join
Crédit Agricole CIB Americas
as a
Business Analyst . You willbe part of the
Chief of Staff (COS) office ,which is responsible for a variety of initiatives relating to
strategy, advisory, budget & performance
reviews, etc. Your concrete missions will be the following
: 1. Reporting & Senior Management Presentations: Produce periodic reports
relating to commercial performance, noteworthy deals, platform profitability, budget ambitions, risk, markets, business opportunities, etc. Enhance and develop KPI reporting
capacities by leveraging new technologies
(ex: Power BI) and by collaborating with teams from all divisions, including coverage, products, head of countries, finance, risk, strategy, etc. Provide presentations
to Senior Management for committees, regulators, clients, and as on-demand requests Master the structure of Crédit Agricole CIB’s various data sources
in order to showcase features of performance and become a point-person for reporting teams from other groups 2. Strategy & Project Management Assist in formulating presentations to help decision-making
for Senior Management, in terms of business development, countries strategies, medium term plan, etc. Work with various stakeholders in the organization
to reach business development and optimization goals through deep analysis, business reviews, market intelligence, KPI’s tracking, change management, etc. Support in the execution of CEO-sponsored projects : analysis, definition, alignment and implementation 3. Support & Coordination Serve as the key point of contact to facilitate projects
under tight deadlines and gather information to drive common goals Support CEO, COS and Head of Coverage and Investment Banking
for ad hoc requests, often related to business opportunities or confidential studies Provide support in the preparation of materials
for Executive Committee, Management Committees, Risk Committees, etc. To be eligible for a VIE
