What they do The platform focuses exclusively on commercial roofing, delivering re-roofing, restoration, service, and new construction projects. They specialize in large, complex projects and have technical expertise to offer design, consulting, installation, repair, and maintenance services.
Your role Lead all day-to-day operations for the Houston branch, including: Full P&L ownership, managing labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to protect gross margin Tracking key operational KPIs including productivity, profitability, and project performance Recruiting, developing, and mentoring project managers, superintendents, and field crews to build a high-performing operations team Implementing operational systems, workflows, and KPIs to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth Leading by example as a hands-on operator while driving strategic execution and long-term branch performance
What you’ll need 10+ years in commercial roofing with at least 5 years in operational leadership Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects with full margin accountability Strong knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, modified bitumen, coatings, PVC, and related commercial systems
