Position Summary The Business Analyst develops Power BI dashboards and SharePoint environments that give leaders clear, reliable access to culture insights, listening data, and program resources at scale.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or Organizational Studies.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
Experience designing and managing SharePoint sites or enterprise SharePoint environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Senior Business Analyst Location: Hybrid - San Ramon, CA
Pay: $80k/Annum - $100k/Annum
Travel: 10% within Bay Area to Sacramento on rare occasions.
Equipment: Laptop will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Development of new or maintenance of existing power applications supporting complex business processes.
Intake scope and requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable low‑code solutions with strong usability and performance.
Implement Power Automate flows to automate workflows.
Manage small to large‑size projects.
Apply Power Platform governance, documentation, security, and best practices, including environment management and role‑based access.
Education Minimum
Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

MBA or graduate degree.
