Junior / Mid Level Brand Creative

We are looking for a brand designer with 2–5 years of experience who has spent meaningful time inside an agency or brand studio environment. You know how to work within a system, deliver under deadlines, and produce polished work across multiple formats. You are hands‑on, take direction well, and have opinions when they matter.

Key Responsibilities

Execute brand design across digital, social, presentation, and print formats

Support campaign and content production from brief to final delivery

Collaborate with strategists, writers, and web developers across Studio Lafayette workstreams

Assist in the development of investor materials, reports, and editorial assets

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of professional design experience

Agency or brand studio background required — in‑house only experience will not be considered

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, typography, and layout across multiple media

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Figma fluency

Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across multiple formats and channels

Must be open to travel as needed

Nice to have’s

Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, Mid‑Journey, Cursor)
