The Role
A front office underwriting seat on the Middle Market Lending team, which structures large hold positions and underwrites and syndicates facilities across five dedicated industry verticals.
The vast majority of your time will be spent on new deals: building investment and downside case financial models, preparing IC memos, conducting independent company and industry research, and supporting deal closings. The remainder covers portfolio monitoring including covenant models, credit reviews, and amendment processing.
Required Qualifications 1 to 4 years in a finance function, preferably leveraged credit or investment banking Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
