Senior Analyst, Private Credit Operations

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team in Manhattan, NY (hybrid). The Operations team oversees all activities across the Global Credit Platform, including investment capture, deal execution, funding, treasury management, and administrator oversight. This role will primarily support the Private Credit business verticals while also engaging in Opportunistic Credit, Infrastructure Credit, and Asset Backed Finance. The Manager will partner closely with Deal Teams throughout the full execution process, from funding to exit, and collaborate extensively with Portfolio Management, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external stakeholders. In addition, the Manager will work alongside the broader Operations team to manage daily operational functions and ensure seamless execution across private credit transactions.

Job Function

Actively facilitate the deal execution process for privately held assets, including wire processing for internal and external movements, FX hedging, KYC, bank account openings, and other required steps in coordination with multiple groups, including the deal team, internal and external counsel, fund management, and tax.

Perform investment/trade capture and activity processing in the Order Management System/Internal Book of Record.

Review daily cash and position reconciliations across all entities, focusing on the timely resolution of breaks.

Manage cash and wire activities to ensure accounts maintain sufficient liquidity and wires are processed in a timely manner.

Compile regular and ad hoc reports for various areas within the firm.

Review issuer- and asset-level reference data setup and maintenance.

Coordinate across the deal team, fund administrator, tax, and fund management teams.

Assist in strategic initiatives related to technology and process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, required.

Concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Financial Services.

Experience with public & private credit asset classes - middle market direct lending or other private credit experience a plus.

Strong understanding of loan and credit facility documents, including credit agreements and amendments.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
