Private Credit Operations

Vice President – Private Credit Operations Riva Recruiting is partnered with a growing, institutional private credit platform seeking a Vice President of Private Credit Operations to take ownership of the operational lifecycle across direct lending strategies. This role sits closely with the investment team and serves as a central execution and control point across deal structuring, closings, funding, amendments, and ongoing loan servicing. The role will oversee loan settlements, funding mechanics, interest and fee calculations, covenant and borrowing base tracking, and accurate booking across internal systems. A key component of the position includes responsibility for Administrative Agent–related functions on bilateral and syndicated transactions, including coordinating documentation, managing borrower and lender communications, maintaining loan records and registers, and ensuring timely and accurate cash and notice flows. Experience in private credit or direct lending operations, with hands-on exposure to private loans and agented transactions. Experience with loan systems such as Wall Street Office or ClearPar, strong Excel skills, and comfort working cross-functionally with investment, legal, and finance teams are essential.
