Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent). Substantial engagement with governance, financial and transactional matters, and business planning. Stellar academic credentials: College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Keen working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing & maintaining corporate records.
Providing support as needed.
Assisting with transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Conducting legal research.
