About the Role
The Credit Representative is responsible for promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity of the credit operation and Ocean Casino Resort. We want to provide memorable experiences for all guests both internal and external. Encourage business relationships with all departments including PD, Table Games, Slots, and the Casino Cage.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for processing credit applications while following all federal, state, and local regulations.
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Support departmental business goals and strategies
Communicate with all departments and guests in a professional manner
Resolve guest related concerns positively to drive future trips and guest loyalty
Prepare credit files, run necessary reports, and input information into Ocean Casino Resort software.
Follow the direction of the Credit Executive on duty and understand the chain of command
Essential Functions
The ability to speak, read and write in English
Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service, professionalism, and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficient, phone etiquette, and computer knowledge
Preferably 3+ years of credit related experience in a high-volume casino
General business and casino credit knowledge
Knowledge of New Jersey Casino Control Act
Uphold a Casino License by the Division of Gaming Enforcement
