Youth Ministry Leader

Job Responsibilities & Duties Develop a clear, Biblical vision and strategy for student ministry. Faithfully and accurately teach God’s Word to students on a consistent, weekly basis. Plan and lead weekly programs. Work with the Youth Committee to plan, lead, and execute purposeful youth events. Recruit, develop, and equip adult youth leaders to serve and lead students. Communicate with parents about upcoming youth services and events/activities. Provide encouragement and resources to parents of teenagers. Plan, develop, and lead summer youth camp. Counsel students, parents, and youth volunteers as needed. Regularly attend school and other community events featuring students. Support other ministries within the church. Support and assist the Senior Pastor in ministry responsibilities as designated.
