This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Fort Myers, FL. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage appointments and client records Experience in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints or concerns efficiently Proficiency in using computer systems including CRM software and scheduling tools Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in service industries High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
