About The Role Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will foster strong customer relationships encouraging positive retention. The candidate will provide superior service as the single point of contact for servicing accounts, educating customers, handling complaints, and distribution of Lymphology orders. The ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do

Interacts with customers via telephone and other media (internet, fax, e‑mail, US Mail, etc.).

Creates a pleasant and professional environment to promote positive interaction with both internal and external customers.

Enter custom product orders (measurements, options, etc.) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Verifies product description, quantity, shipping, and billing information via computer‑based applications (SAP P19, SAP P14, et al).

Verifies accuracy of orders and contacts customers as required to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Who You Are

Two‑year degree or equivalent work experience required.

SAP experience beneficial.

PC application experience (word processing, spreadsheet, e‑mail, and database applications).

One year prior experience in BSN customer service beneficial.

Typing 50 WPM with 98% accuracy.

Proficient in 10‑key entry operation.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
