About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day management of a globally recognized, A-list celebrity’s social media presence.

This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about social media who wants to learn the ins and outs of high-level social media strategy, content creation, and digital brand management.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Social Media Marketing and gain hands‑on experience across content ideation, trend tracking, execution planning, and overall account management.

What You’ll Do

Stay on top of social media trends, viral moments, and platform updates (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Assist in brainstorming creative, culturally relevant content ideas

Help map out how ideas translate into real content (from concept to execution)

Take detailed notes during meetings and organize action items

Support content planning and scheduling

Conduct light research on trends, creators, and formats

Assist with general day‑to‑day social media tasks as needed / join calls and take notes

Who You Are

Obsessed with social media and always up to date on trends

Creative thinker with strong instincts for what performs well online

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong note-taker with the ability to translate ideas into action

Eager to learn and grow in the social media/marketing space

Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time effectively

No prior professional experience required – this is an entry-level role designed for someone who is excited to learn and grow. Nice to Have

Basic photo/video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required)

This role is designed as a long‑term growth opportunity.

The goal is to train someone to become a key part of the team, with the opportunity to:

Step in and take on greater responsibility during an upcoming maternity leave

Continue working closely together long-term

Eventually manage accounts and support additional clients

This position has strong potential for rapid growth for the right candidate.
