Summary Of Role The Product Marketing Manager owns the go-to-market strategy and execution for our feature‑rich CMOS product line. You will define positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and field enablement, while serving as a key voice of the market into product strategy. This role requires strong technical credibility and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer-relevant value.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

Define GTM plans including target segments, ICPs, use cases, and differentiated messaging

Build segment‑specific value propositions and competitive narratives

Positioning, Messaging & Content

Translate complex technical features into crisp customer outcomes (system benefits, TCO, performance‑per‑watt, integration advantages)

Develop core assets: pitch decks, one‑pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, FAQs, case studies

Launch Leadership

Lead launch readiness across product, sales, FAE, and channel teams: training, collateral, communications, and customer engagement plans

Competitive & Market Intelligence

Drive competitive analysis (feature comparisons, benchmarks, roadmap signals) and win/loss insights

Provide recommendations on portfolio differentiation and messaging updates based on market shifts

Field & Customer Enablement

Equip sales/FAE with tools and playbooks; support key customer meetings and technical workshops

Improve time‑to‑value in customer evaluations by clarifying use cases and proof points

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner tightly with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities with validated market/customer insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years semiconductor experience in product marketing, product management, applications, technical sales, or systems engineering

Strong technical depth to engage on CMOS product capabilities, architectures, and customer system requirements

Proven record delivering GTM strategies, launch execution, and sales enablement in competitive environments

Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex technical topics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design‑in motions and OEM/ODM customer engagement

Ability to create quantitative value proof (benchmarks, system modeling, trade studies)

Experience collaborating with global sales and engineering teams

Expected Salary Range $105,000.00 - $189,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
