Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the bridge between product, customer insight, and content execution.

This role is not just about writing copy or launching features. It is about deeply understanding Amazon sellers and PPC managers, turning product capabilities into compelling market messages, and driving content and feature marketing that actually appeals to the right audience.

This person will take over a significant part of the content and product marketing work that is currently being driven by leadership. They must be able to think strategically, manage multiple projects cleanly, and independently create strong product and feature marketing assets that resonate with our market.

About Us Scale Insights is a SaaS platform that helps Amazon sellers and agencies manage and optimize Amazon PPC more effectively through automation, analytics, and operational scale.

We work with serious sellers, PPC managers, and agencies who care about performance, control, efficiency, and smarter campaign management.

What You Will Own Product marketing and positioning

Translate product features into clear customer benefits

Develop messaging that speaks to Amazon sellers, PPC managers, and agencies

Create positioning for new features, campaigns, and educational content

Identify what matters most to our ICP and what will capture their attention

Ensure our marketing speaks in a way that feels relevant, sharp, and commercially compelling

Feature launches and feature marketing

Lead the marketing side of new feature launches

Create feature narratives that explain not just what the feature does, but why it matters

Independently develop new feature marketing videos from concept to execution plan

Sell the benefits of new features clearly in video and content

Work with product, PPC subject matter experts, and creative team to produce launch assets

Content strategy and content quality control

Take over a meaningful portion of leadership-led content creation work

Generate strong content ideas that speak to sellers and PPC managers

Shape content angles for LinkedIn, YouTube, webinars, feature videos, and educational content

Vet posts, videos, graphics, and content concepts to judge whether they will appeal to the audience

Improve the structure, clarity, and market appeal of content before it goes live

Customer and ICP understanding

Build a deep understanding of our target audience, including what they care about, what triggers them, and what problems feel urgent

Gather insights from customers, sales conversations, PPC practitioners, market feedback, and competitor positioning

Help the team avoid generic content by grounding messaging in real customer pain points and priorities

Cross functional execution

Work closely with product, PPC experts, creative team, video editors, and marketing operations

Manage multiple projects at the same time without losing clarity or quality

Bring order, structure, and follow through to product marketing and content initiatives

Ensure projects move from idea to final output smoothly

What success looks like

New feature launches are clear, compelling, and benefit-led

Content ideas are consistently strong and relevant to sellers and PPC managers

Posts, videos, and graphics are filtered through better audience judgment before publishing

Leadership is no longer required to drive or vet most content creation work

Product marketing projects are well managed, well structured, and delivered cleanly

Our messaging becomes sharper, more credible, and more aligned with what the market actually cares about

Requirements Must have

Strong product marketing experience in SaaS, ecommerce, PPC, martech, adtech, or a closely related space

Strong project management ability and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time without becoming disorganized

Strong judgment on what kind of content, video, or graphic will appeal to the target audience

Ability to independently create feature marketing concepts and feature video narratives

Ability to communicate product benefits clearly and persuasively

Strong content ideation ability with an abundance of relevant ideas for sellers and PPC managers

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Strongly preferred

Experience marketing to Amazon sellers, ecommerce operators, PPC managers, or agencies

Experience working with subject matter experts and turning expertise into strong content

Experience launching software features or product updates

Strong understanding of audience psychology and ICP driven messaging

Experience reviewing and improving content across multiple formats including posts, videos, graphics, and educational assets
