Position Summary The Service Porter plays a vital role in supporting the service team by maintaining a clean and organized service area, assisting customers and technicians, and ensuring efficient vehicle turnover. This position requires a positive attitude, dependability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers at the service drive and direct them to service advisors.
Safely move customer vehicles to designated parking or service areas.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers after service completion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and service shop.
Assist with vehicle check-in procedures and walk-around inspections.
Support shuttle service or vehicle pick-up/drop-off as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory of car wash and porter supplies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
Work Schedule
Full-time position.
Weekend availability required.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in various weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to read and understand job-related instructions in electronic or paper formats
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Good judgment and professionalism in all assigned tasks
Physical Abilities
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
