Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated
Automotive Sales Consultant
who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for selling. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable or willing to learn about our vehicle inventory, including new and pre-owned models, their features, performance, safety, and financing options.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle selection, promoting features, accessories, and financing options in compliance with dealership policies.
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining key features, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Negotiate sales clearly, ethically, and professionally to close deals.
Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing plans.
Participate in all required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Professional, dependable, and motivated to meet goals independently.
Strong customer service and safety awareness.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and understand instructions clearly.
