R-0010032**Job Description Summary**Responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives. Ensure that the desired business outcomes are achieved and that the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change. Drive the change management process through support of analysts and shared service staff. Manage the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business transition plans, business readiness, and/or communication plans. Ensure effective communication and implementation strategies. Liaise with support functions in HR or corporate communications to help support an overall project initiative. Oversee the definition of training needs and delivery plans of various initiatives and lead the initiative involving company training specialists. Identify and develop risk mitigation and create resolution recommendations related to the delivery of the change program.**Job Description****Responsibilities*** Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.* Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.* Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.* Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.* Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.**Skills*** Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.* Shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment, and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario.* Demonstrate a change mindset as well as plan, execute and monitor activities during times of change whilst keeping performance levels up.**Education**Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Data Processing**Work Experience**General Experience - 6 to 10 years, Manager Experience - 7 to 12 months**Certifications**PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)**Travel**Less than 25%**Workstyle**ResidentThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
