Responsibilities
Coordinate and interface with customer representatives at command level and senior program manager office representatives.
Monitor and maintain configuration management for Stryker variants of vehicles in Poland.
Monitor the “SIGNAL APP” 24/7 chat and articulate troubleshooting techniques in written form promptly, professionally, politely, and accurately.
Use skills, abilities, and workload demands to set mission priorities and maintain Operational Readiness Float (ORF) in the Poland FRA and down range.
Conduct hands‑on training or sustainment training programs for General Dynamics Land Systems mechanics and M&E contractors.
Oversee and assist with preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on all Stryker variants, including sub‑components and LRUs pertaining to the Stryker platform.
Oversee, troubleshoot, and correct malfunctions in automotive systems (full up power‑pack FUPP – engine, transmission, cooling; fuel, exhaust, driveline, suspension) using built‑in test equipment (BITE), test equipment, and/or manual troubleshooting procedures (MTPs), common and special tools, and applicable technical documentation.
Complete maintenance and administrative forms and other paperwork (reports) related to performance of duties.
Provide property accountability for all assigned property and assist where needed.
Perform all duties in accordance with ISO processes.
Perform duties as a site Field Representative; Environmental, Hazmat, Safety, Fire prevention, and administrative functions.
Requirements
Certified graduate of the Stryker FSR Academy.
High School Diploma and/or GED.
Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures and flow diagrams for systems, subsystems, and components.
Travel to remote CONUS/OCONUS locations on short notice to support contingency operations.
Work in improved and unimproved maintenance facilities and other field environment and work duty locations as required.
Occasional work in confined space within vehicle interior.
Potential exposure to temperature extremes while performing duties.
Must pass and maintain company deployment requirements.
Must meet and maintain ASR guidelines for driver’s station entry as described in Standard Practice 2‑644.
Dexterity in fingers of both hands.
Carry 70 lbs (toolbox or parts) up to 50 ft.
Multicultural work experience preferred.
Administrative and office skills required (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint) – may be required to demonstrate abilities.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a successful NACI background for CAC (Common Access Card).
Must be a U.S. person.
Must be able to gain and maintain access to all military installations in which the work is performed.
Compensation New hires generally start between $87,500 and $92,000 per year. Applicant placement within the range is based on qualifications and professional experience. The full salary range is between $68,100 and $104,200 per year.
Hired applicants will be eligible for an annual bonus.
