The National Account Manager will be responsible to actively manage and drive growth, profitability, and satisfaction within a defined portfolio of national accounts. The National Account Manager will need to take a proactive approach to clients to better understand their business goals and objectives. This role will require an individual to have a provider focus, an ability to be consultative and a bias toward driving results and growing business. Primary Responsibilities: Develop value-based, long-term working relationships as one of the clients' trusted advisors to effectively understand and address opportunities for growth within national accounts Ensure an ongoing seamless customer experience for existing clients, including maintenance, and updating of account documentation, sending refreshed marketing materials, facilitation of e-training sessions for new staff, etc. Proactively manage key enterprise relationships to strengthen rapport and create greater value Engage enterprise partners in ongoing business reviews to ensure proper utilization and continuity while addressing concerns Create solid relationships with key stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels Able to coordinate available resources across multiple departments to secure business opportunities and ensure success Able to put together presentation decks that properly highlights provider performance and help drive utilization Effectively communicate with key enterprise partners and maintain a good working relationship Continuous tracking of account activity with the ability to influence provider behavior conducive to an increase in funded volumes Provide monthly reporting and metrics to clients to ensure we are taking a proactive approach to improving their practice while providing 'white-glove' service Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of the client's business model Assist in activation or re-activation of existing clients Engage with providers, owners, and office staff to ensure clear understanding of the Proceed Finance program and successfully implement action plans for increased usage of our product, ensure retention and grow their business Manage daily activity and processes within current CRM system Maintain knowledge and understanding of all Proceed product offerings, current rates, and compliance requirements to support usage of the product You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Relationship management experience, preferably within financing Experience consulting, fielding questions and diagnosing a client's needs to provide recommendations, and follow through to resolution Experience troubleshooting issues to quickly identify root cause Experience working in a detail-oriented role that requires a high level of organization Professional, positive image over the phone and in-person Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Relationship management experience; preferably within financing or payments space Experience with CRM tools Experience training others on system or tools Work Environment: Work is performed in a standard office setting The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet Physical Demands: Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds occasionally Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
